  1. Combine 200gms of Mighty Mix Dosa with water until the batter reaches dosa batter consistency.
  2. Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.Pour batter on a hot griddle, add 1 tbsp oil and cook until crispy.
  3. Serve hot with chutney.

  1. Mix the Mull Millet Pongal mix with 3 teaspoons of ghee and 2 teaspoons of cooking oil in a pressure cooker, Sauté for 2 minutes. (Essential minimal salt quantity has been added. If required, add more.)
  2. Add 5 cups of water in the pressure cooker and keep on high for 3 whistles .Next lower the flame and cook for 2 whistles in slow sim.
  3. Open cooker after pressure releases and serve hot.
