Supergrain Blend (Jowar, Foxtail, Banyard, Oats )(65%), Dark Jaggery (20%), Banana Powder (10%), Cacao Nibs, Baking Powder, Baking Soda [INS 500(ii)], Natural Identical Flavour (Vanilla) powder, Salt.

Cooking Instructions

  1.  In a bowl, add 75 ml chilled milk and gradually mix in 75 g pancake mix, stirring continuously to form a smooth batter. Add ½ spoon ghee, mix well, and rest for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and greese it with ghee or usalted butter.
  3. Pour 1 ladle of batter on the pan and spread it lightly to make a thick pancake. Cover the pan with lid for 2 minutes .
