In a pressure cooker, heat 3 tsp. of clarified butter (ghee) with 3 tsp. of cooking oil. If desired, add 1 chopped onion, diced vegetables/meat, (approx. 100g), fresh cut. Pour 400ml of water into the cooker. Add salt if required. (Essential minimal salt. Cook on high heat until you hear 2 whistles. quantity has been added) coriander and 2 sliced green chillies. Add the Ek Dum - Biryani Mix and sauté for 2 minutes. Open the cooker after pressure releases. Add roasted cashews as toppings if required and serve hot.
