In a pressure cooker, heat 3 tsp. of clarified butter (ghee) with 3 tsp. of cooking oil. If desired, add 1 chopped onion, diced vegetables/meat, (approx. 100g), fresh cut. Pour 400ml of water into the cooker. Add salt if required. (Essential minimal salt. Cook on high heat until you hear 2 whistles. quantity has been added) coriander and 2 sliced green chillies. Add the Ek Dum - Biryani Mix and sauté for 2 minutes. Open the cooker after pressure releases. Add roasted cashews as toppings if required and serve hot.

Combine 150gms of Foxtail Millet Dosa Mix with 250ml water until the batter reaches dosa batter consistency. (For enhancing softness it is recommended to add 3 to 4 tbsp. of curd).Let the batter rest for 10-15minutes.Pour batter on a hot griddle, add1 tbsp. oil and cook until crispy. Serve hot with coconut chutney. Chutney :(add 60ml water to coconut chutney mix).
