- Mix the Mull Millet Pongal mix with 3 teaspoons of ghee and 2 teaspoons of cooking oil in a pressure cooker, Sauté for 2 minutes. (Essential minimal salt quantity has been added. If required, add more.)
- Add 5 cups of water in the pressure cooker and keep on high for 3 whistles .Next lower the flame and cook for 2 whistles in slow sim.
- Open cooker after pressure releases and serve hot.
